Perfect Plastic Printing offers Eco-Friendly card production with renew®cards.Our renew®products provide all the convenience and functionally of traditional cards in a more responsible package. We currently offer 4 renew® products: renew®recycled 84%, renew®recycled 56%, renew®PLA and renew® bioPVC.

All 4 of our renew®products are tested and certified for card production. Perfect Plastic Printing continues to look for new and innovative materials to help our customers achieve any green objective they desire for their card programs.

renew® recycled

Perfect Plastic Printing now offers 2 recycled card products. At 56% and 84%, both renew®recycled products are produced from post-industrial recycled PVC. Reduce the impact your card has on the environment with renew® recycled cards, helping to save energy and natural resources while diverting material from the waste stream.
 
renew® recycled cards meet all ISO specifications for secure transaction cards and are association certified. At the end of your renew recycled cards life, please remember to recycle.

renew® PLA

NatureWorks PLA is derived from 100% annually renewable resources such as corn and grasses. The production processes of NatureWorks PLA use 68% less fossil fuel resources than traditional plastics, and includes the purchase of renewable energy certificates (wind power) to offset greenhouse emissions. Currently Perfect Plastic Printing’s renew® PLA cards are offered with 88% NatureWorks PLA material.

renew® biopvc

Perfect Plastic Printing’s renew® biopvc is eco-friendly and biodegradable and another solution to help preserve the environment. The material is a blended PVC resin that has the ability to biodegrade when introduced to a fertile environment such as soil or a compost pile. Microorganisms break down renew® biopvc material and return it to the environment.
 
renew ® biopvc cards are another “green” card product meeting all ISO specifications for secure transaction cards.
